Wes Shepman began his heavy equipment career, in 1981, as a parts and service manager. His services continued as he was promoted to Division Manager and a Parts Manager for a crane company. With his customer service abilities and proficiency in heavy equipment, he has averaged $200,000 total parts sales per month. He later became a Sales manager for a well-respected machinery supply company in the South East region.
Wes was educated at The Crushing and Screen School, Isuzu Engine and Parts Seminar, Fleet guard Maintenance Techniques Seminar, and has attended many more equipment seminars.
